The Buggles était un groupe de synthpop/new wave britannique formé en 1977 et qui se sépara en 1981 après avoir publié deux albums. On y trouvait Geoff Downes ainsi que Trevor Horn et Hans Zimmer.

Les Buggles sont apparus à la télévision en play-back et dans leurs clips vidéo mais ils n'ont pas donné beaucoup de concerts.
